Our design features an ergonomic body reminiscent of a brush, meticulously crafted to emulate the familiar
shapes of pens and brushes commonly wielded by artists. This thoughtful configuration enhances comfort
during prolonged work hours and promotes a natural and intuitive handling experience. Additionally, the antislip
sides augment the grip, facilitating effortless cartridge removal from the machine.
Ink flow
The inner molding of the cartridge body boasts purposeful grooves and recesses, strategically engineered to
enhance pigment retention, thereby reducing interruptions for refills during the tattooing process. Moreover,
the elongated tip design ensures both precision and seamless ink flow, elevating the artist’s control and
performance to new heights.
Thin Walls
The tips are meticulously crafted with an ultra-thin profile, effectively minimizing friction against the skin while
maximizing visibility and sensitivity during needle penetration. This innovative design ensures a smoother and
more precise tattooing experience for both the artist and the client.
Ring System
We meticulously logged the number of needles housed within each cartridge and devised a color-coded
system for the O-rings. This streamlined approach enables swift identification of needle types on the
workbench, enhancing efficiency and workflow for the tattoo artist.
Stability
The cartridge body is meticulously crafted as a single, unified piece, guaranteeing unparalleled component
durability and internal stability. Additionally, we spared no expense in developing dedicated molds for each
configuration, guaranteeing meticulous precision in every design aspect.
Opacity
The perfect opacity value was studied to guarantee the visibility of the tip at all times.
