This is a fully automatic type "autoclave". Operation is simple and easy. Just press the start button after setting the sterilized materials, and the entire process from water injection to sterilization to drying is performed automatically. The temperature specification is 132°C. Dedicated upper and lower trays are also included.

An autoclave, also called a "high-pressure steam sterilizer," is a device that sterilizes by applying high temperature and pressure to the inside of the autoclave with saturated steam. To ensure safety, the autoclave is equipped with a metering current safety circuit to prevent abnormal increases in pressure and temperature. In the event of trouble, a buzzer sounds and an indicator lamp blinks for easy trouble check. In addition, a larger indicator lamp is used for safety design so that the status can be checked from a distance.

However, sterilization effectiveness may vary depending on the amount, type, and setting method. When sterilizing contaminated instruments, thoroughly wash and dry them before placing them in a "sterilization pug" or "sterilization pouch. Please make sure that the objects do not adhere to each other so that they can be properly sterilized. In very rare cases, cold spots may occur and sterilization failure may occur. It is recommended to use the "Chemical Integrator for Autoclaves" to check if the autoclave has achieved the sterilization conditions. After autoclaving, the instrument should be stored in its sterilization pack in a designated location.

The installation site should be placed horizontally on a solid, load-bearing flat surface. Installation in an unstable location may cause malfunctions in the equipment, which may result in unexpected accidents. The area where contaminated instruments are cleaned and sterilized should be completely separated from treatment booths and waiting rooms as a dedicated sanitation area.

Note that rubber and brass products other than metal cannot be autoclaved. For those, we recommend "water-activated chlorine dioxide (Ganesha Hachiroku). Please perform daily maintenance of the autoclave as well as periodic self-inspection.
