Flat Needle Jig for Handmade Shaders (0.35mm / 0.40mm)

This brass jig is designed for crafting flat shaders by hand using loose needles (0.35mm, 0.40mm). The jig base features 15 precision grooves, allowing you to easily create odd-numbered groupings from 3 to 15 needles. Simply place an equal number of needles on each side of the center groove for a perfectly aligned configuration.

Once aligned, shape the needle tips according to your preferred configuration. Note: This is a delicate process that requires extreme care. Misaligned tips can damage the skin or cause uneven ink saturation, which can significantly affect the final outcome. For those unfamiliar with fine manual adjustments, we recommend using optional support tools such as alignment parts, sold separately.
