Neuma 4 Springs
Neuma has developed this spring for pen-type rotary machines. This is the "Heavy Duty" version, which has stronger and stiffer spring tension than the standard springs usually installed in the machine. The material is passivated steel to prevent corrosion.
This is only available as a replacement for very weak cartridge needles that are not stable with the standard spring. Otherwise, we recommend using regular standard springs.
WARNING: Using heavy-duty springs on cartridge needles with high spring tension may overload the motor and shorten its life. Use only when necessary.
